Major events, tourism mobility, or large construction projects cause peaks or disruptions in network usage, posing significant challenges for mobility fluidity and safety. These events can lead to considerable disruptions (for sensitive locations or for users themselves) if their mobility management is not anticipated.

Stratec offers public authorities and private managers of major events end-to-end support to:
- anticipate demand and potential risks, thereby ensuring excellent service to different user segments, while promoting sustainable mobility
- The implementation of tools to analyze the mobility of different user profiles, including the mobility, density, and safety of pedestrians around sites
- propose an operational action plan with an accessibility plan at various scales, adapted to sometimes massive flows
- develop secure flow management for access points (e.g., stadium) and intersections
- coordinate the various stakeholders involved and ensure compliance with various legal obligations
- monitor mobility to make adjustments if necessary
