On April 23, 2024, the new territorial development plan (TDP) was adopted by the Walloon Government. The TDP sets the major regional objectives for spatial planning, but it is up to the municipalities to translate and adapt them to their territory through their Communal Development Plan (CDP).

- Development of CDPs: Stratec is accredited as a project author for the revision and development of communal or multi-communal development plans (Type 1 Accreditation),
- Preparation of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for CDPs.
