On June 27th, Stratec invited clients and partners to an evening event at the Train World Museum in Brussels to celebrate the 40th anniversary of our consulting firm. This event, marked by conviviality and festivity, highlighted four decades of innovation, collaboration, and success. This special occasion also provided an opportunity to reflect on the future of our consulting profession.
A Symbolic Celebration
Forty years represents a major milestone for Stratec, “the age of maturity” as emphasised by our CEO, Louis Duvigneaud, and our Director of Studies, Sylvie Gayda. Since the company’s inception, we have traveled an extraordinary path, guided by our core values of a commitment to excellence, independence, and respect for our employees. This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate our history, to thank the historical founders, Hugues Duchâteau and Françoise Boon, and to acknowledge the success of the management buyout in 2015. This evening also brought together different generations of “Stratecians,” because since 1984, Stratec has welcomed and trained several hundred employees!

This event was an opportunity to warmly thank our clients and partners for their trust and loyalty. Their unwavering support has been essential to our growth and success.
Future Prospects
Our guest Jean-Baptiste Fressoz broadened the discussion by sharing his historian’s reflections on the concept of energy transition and highlighting the challenges that, in his opinion, politicians, scientists, and society as a whole will have to address in the coming years.
In addition to a good meal and a few drinks, we shared our vision for the future, emphasising our determination to continue meeting the needs of our clients and addressing societal challenges.
