Young People and Transport Jobs: Making Transport Careers more Attractive

STRATEC, in partnership with Panteia, is delighted to have contributed to the organisation of the European Commission conference “Young people and transport jobs: making transport careers more attractive”, held on October 15, 2025, in Brussels. The event brought together young people and stakeholders from across Europe to explore how to make transport professions more attractive, inclusive, and future-oriented.

Whether it concerns digitisation, sustainable development, or the improvement of working conditions, the discussions demonstrated the strong motivation of the next European generation to drive change in the transport sector.
