Context

This study must accompany the urban planning permit applications, which are submitted separately. The routes of the future lines are:

  • Line B1: Chênée – Ans;
  • Line B2: Guillemins station – Sart Tilman;
  • Line B3: Liège city center – Sart Tilman via the right bank of the Meuse;
  • Line B4: Liège city center – Fléron via Beyne-Heusay.

The objective of the environmental impact assessment is to evaluate the project’s impacts on the environment and quality of life, and then to propose measures for the suppression, reduction, or compensation of negative impacts, or suitable alternatives.
